Top local restaurants and wineries from the Tri-Valley area partner together to pair dishes with wines. The food and wine pairing will then be entered into an exciting competition for the prizes of Best Pairing, Best Restaurant and Best Winery. Best Pairing is determined by specific judging criteria, while guests vote who will be named Best Restaurant, Best Winery, and Best Brewery. In addition to the tasting competition, this event features a silent and live auction with fabulous packages as well as door prizes.

The Rotary Club of Dublin, chartered in 1971 has men and women representing a wide cross-section of local business and professions. The club meets each Tuesday for fellowship, lunch and interesting and informative programs dealing with the topics of local and global importance. The club is part of the South Bay and East Bay Rotary District 5170 comprised of more than 59 clubs and over 4,000 members.
In 1835 José María Amador was granted 16,500 acres for his service as a Mexican soldier and in Mission San Jose where he was administrator in the valley which was named Amador Valley after him. in 1850 Irish settlers bought Land from Amador and founded a town.
